Minimum stay: There is a mínimum stay of 7 nights in peak season and 3 nights in all other seasons.

Saturday to Saturday: : In peak season it exists a Saturday to Saturday policy, check in and check outs can only be done on Saturday

Cancelation: Our canceletion policy is super strict, after making the booking no refunds of any amounts are posible.

Breakerages: All breakerages made by the client will be deducted from the secruity bond. An external and independent maintenance company issues a check out report, after the departure of the client.

Over occupancy: Over occupancy at the villa is strictly forbidden. In the villa only can sleep the persons listed in the contract. Over occupancy is inmiediate cause of termination of the rental agreement and a penalti will arise.

Non Smoking: It is istrictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa, if you don’t respect this policy a penalti deducted from the security deposit will arise.

Noise: The villa is in the top residential área of Barcelona, it is of extreme importance to respect the rest of our neighbors. After 21:00 hours it is forbidden to make noise, shout and/or play music. If you do not respect it a penalty will arise, and depending on the situation, inmediate termination of the rental agreement.

Swimming pool: The villa has a swimmingpool, the use of the swimmingpool it is entirily at the responsability of the client and waives all responsabilities of the owner and management Company, toward the client, client guests and with special mention to kids of the party.

Minors and/or Dependent persons: The client is responsable for the health and safety of minors and dependent persons in the group, during all the stay at the villa. Waiving all responsabilities to the owner and management Company.
