Price
The costs of renting Villa Rock are the following, first the rental price, second the cleanning fee and third the touristic tax.
Villa Rock is available for short term rentals for a starting price of 800 Euros/night, prices may increase depending on the season season and also if you require to go over the standard occupancy of 10 persons, every additional person is 75 € per person per night, with a máximum of 13 persons. Cleaning fee per stay of 290 € and touristic tax of 0,90 € per person per night.
The security deposit is 1,500 Euros, it is not a cost, it will be returned in full at the departure of the guest after the inspection of the villa and if it has not suffered damage.

Payment method
Villa Rock needs to be paid completely at the reservation moment, via bank transfer or secure online payment. The payment consists on the following amounts, rental price, cleanning fee and touristic tax.
The security deposit needs to be settled the week prior to the arrival date, via secure online payment.
