Booking process: First of all double check that the villa fullfils the nees of your group, size, design, rooms, máximum occupancy… if you have any doubt about the information, please do not hesitate to ask us, we would love to assist and clarify any point.
Afterwards, check on the online calendar if your dates are available. Lastly, if you wish to confirm the booking, you must make the online payment, signature of the rental agreement (standard rental agreement in pdf) and fotocopy of the Passport or identification document provided by the person signing the agreement. Note that the person signing the agreement must sleep in the property during the rental agreement.

Acces to the property: Only if you fulfill all the requirements without exceptions, you will be given access to the property. The requirements are, payments of the rental amount, cleanning fee and touristic tax, signature of the rental agreement, Passports of all the persons who will sleep at the property for the pólice registration and hold of the security deposit.

The acces to the property can be personal or remote, read in the check in section for more information.

Check in: The check in can be personal or remote depending on the arrival time.

Personal check ins: personal check ins are done between 16:00 and 21:00 hours. The manager of the villa will do the presonal check in, he will be at the villa to meet & greet you. The time will be previously agreed between the client and the manager. We inform you that punctuality is really important. Other check ins depend on your punctuality, we will wait a courtesy time of 30 minutes. If you would like a personal check in outside of the standard hours, it will be at extra cost.

Remote check ins: if check in is after 21:00 hours, or if for any reason, you need to delay your agreed check in time and we cannot reschedule it. Access to the villa will be done remotely. The manager will meet & greet you the next morning between 10:00 to 12:00.

If you require an early check in, please ask for availability, we want to make you aware that is at extra cost

Lastly, remember you must fullfil all requirement to be given access to the property.

Check out: Check out time is prior to 11:00 am In case you would like a late check out please ask for availability.

Check outs will not be personal. So we ask you to leave the keys on top of the hall table and close the door of the villa without locking it. Important do not leave the keys in the locker of the villa door. In case you also have the parking keys & remote control, we ask you to leave them as well on top of the hall table together with the villa ones.

Please do not leave unattended luggage or personal items inside the villa on your check out day after 11:00am. Otherwise we will have to allocate them in the storage room in order to prepare the villa for the upcoming guests.

Before check out please, double check that you have left the villa according to the villa usage rules.

Inspection & Security deposit: The villa inspection will be done by the maintenance company after the check out of the client. The security deposit will be released once the maintenance company has given us the approval, as the villa has been left in good condition. It can take up to 7 working days to get the refund.
